Job summary

Lionbridge Games is seeking a dedicated provider of community and tester support to ensure a smooth experience for testers and clients. You will manage tester communities across Discord and the Game Tester platform, coach testers on best practices, and ensure quality standards are met throughout testing.

In this role, you will also coordinate with clients, review submissions, and help implement improvements across the testing process while working with cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in community management, customer support, or project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage tester communities across Discord, email, and the Game Tester platform.
• Provide timely, professional support to testers and coach them on best practices and testing standards.
• Moderate discussions, enforce guidelines, and coordinate community activities.
• Review, evaluate, approve, or reject test submissions with clear feedback to developers.
• Monitor active testing projects, invitations, and create/maintain Discord servers.
• Support clients in defining testing requirements and act as primary contact for designated accounts.
• Review tester feedback and address inappropriate behaviour per policy.
• Monitor game launches and industry developments; share market intelligence with stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve community, platform, and client operations.
