Job summary

Lionbridge Games is seeking a dedicated provider of community and tester support to ensure a smooth experience for testers and clients. You will manage tester communities across Discord and the Game Tester platform, coach testers on best practices, and ensure quality standards are met throughout testing.

In this role, you will also coordinate with clients, review submissions, and help implement improvements across the testing process while working with cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and manage tester communities across Discord, email, and the Game Tester platform.

• Monitor active testing projects, invitations, and create/maintain Discord servers.

• Review tester feedback and address inappropriate behaviour per policy.
• Monitor game launches and industry developments; share market intelligence with stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve community, platform, and client operations.

Job description

This role supports the day-to-day execution and successful delivery of test submissions on the Game Tester platform. You'll help create a positive experience for testers and clients by managing community interactions, supporting platform operations, assisting with client requirements, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the testing process.

What You Will Do:

• Support and manage tester communities across Discord, email, and the Game Tester platform, fostering an engaging and collaborative environment
• Provide timely, professional support to testers and coach them on platform best practices and testing standards
• Moderate community discussions, enforce guidelines, and coordinate community activities (events, competitions, giveaways, game nights)
• Review, evaluate, approve, or reject test submissions based on quality and readiness criteria, and provide clear feedback to developers
• Monitor and manage active testing projects and invitations; create and maintain Discord servers for testing activities
• Support clients in defining testing requirements, communicate on test setup and execution, and act as primary point of contact for designated accounts
• Review tester feedback, assess performance for VIP/recognition programs, and address inappropriate behaviour per platform policy
• Monitor game launches and industry developments, and share relevant market intelligence with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to continuous improvement across community, platform, and client operations

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• A college degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community management, customer support, or project/event coordination delivered on time and within scope
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
