Job summary

Lionbridge Games is seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist to support the recruitment team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will help attract talent for entry-level gaming roles and support the end-to-end candidate journey with experienced recruiters and hiring teams.

Join a dynamic, international team and gain hands-on exposure to sourcing analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and large-scale hiring projects, with hybrid work from Warsaw offices and home-based days.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a junior recruitment/coordination or similar role.
• Basic understanding of candidate sourcing methods, including LinkedIn.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and comfort with large data sets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
• Polish at C1 or native level.
• English at B2 level or higher.

As a Junior Recruitment Specialist, you will support high-volume recruitment projects focused on entry-level gaming roles. Working alongside experienced recruiters and hiring teams, you will play an important role in attracting talent, delivering a positive candidate experience, and helping us build teams that support global gaming projects.

What You Will Do

• Manage recruitment activities in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Proactively search for and engage candidates interested in joining the gaming industry.
• Assess candidate profiles against role requirements and support selection processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and help ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Maintain recruitment data and prepare regular reports to support hiring decisions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, project teams, and the wider recruitment function.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• At least one year of experience as a Junior Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, Researcher, Sourcer or in a similar role.
• A basic understanding of candidate sourcing methods, including LinkedIn.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large volumes of data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
• An interest in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Polish at C1 or native level.
• English at B2 level or higher.
