Job summary

Lionbridge Games is seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our Recruitment Team in Warsaw. You will support high-volume recruitment for entry-level gaming roles, working with experienced recruiters to attract talent and deliver a positive candidate experience.

You will coordinate activities, manage data, and help ensure smooth candidate journeys while developing your sourcing skills in a fast-paced, international gaming environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Junior Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, Researcher, Sourcer or in a similar role.
• A basic understanding of candidate sourcing methods, including LinkedIn.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large volumes of data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
• An interest in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Polish at C1 or native level.
• English at B2 level or higher.
