Job summary

Lodzplus seeks a Transition Wave Senior Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of transition waves within the assigned business unit. You will help define scope, timelines and milestones, while coordinating wave activities across planning, knowledge transfer and ramp-up phases.

In collaboration with the Transition Functional Lead and Global Capability Model teams, you will ensure a smooth, compliant transition that preserves continuity of critical operations and adheres to execution standards.

Qualifications

• End-to-end management of transition waves across scope, timeline, milestones and issue resolution.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, ramp-up, go-live, and stabilization activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of individual transition waves to keep scope, timelines and milestones on track.
• Maintain detailed wave plans covering knowledge transfer, ramp-up, go-live, and stabilization.
• Track progress, risks and issues and escalate when needed to Transition Functional Lead and PMO.
• Ensure continuity of critical operations across the assigned wave.
• Own wave-level activity tracking and milestone delivery within defined scope and timeline.
• Coordinate with knowledge transfer PMO to align activities with wave milestones.
• Monitor SME availability, knowledge transfer completion, and document sign-offs.
• Escalate delays or readiness gaps to the Transition team and drive timely resolutions.
• Act as day-to-day coordinator between business units, SMEs, site leads and delivery teams.
• Support stage-gate reviews and provide wave-level input for go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate hypercare and stabilization to track service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Assist handover of wave activities into steady-state operations.
• Escalate recurring issues and identify root causes for process improvement.
