Job summary

PwC Poland is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end transitions for AES Managed Services. You will define scope, plans and readiness criteria, onboard clients into the AES/MSO model, and mobilize delivery teams including recruitment and training.

You will coordinate knowledge transfer and governance, ensuring readiness before go-live and stabilisation post go-live. Role requires strong project management, stakeholder handling, and experience managing risks and dependencies across

Qualifications

• Experience leading service transitions or outsourcing transitions.
• Experience coordinating client onboarding and activation of services.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Understanding of Managed Services operating models.
• Strong planning, organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end transition lifecycle for AES Managed Services.
• Define and manage transition scope, plans, milestones, risks and readiness criteria.
• Lead client onboarding into AES and MSO operating model.
• Mobilize delivery organization including recruitment, staffing, training, and access provisioning.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer among teams, clients and providers.
• Establish transition governance, reporting, escalation paths and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure operational readiness before go-live and smooth service stabilization post go-live.
• Capture lessons learned and drive improvements to templates and practices.
