Job summary

Antal is seeking a Production Support Specialist to join a team responsible for maintaining critical business applications and services in Kraków. The role combines incident management, production support, and collaboration with software engineering teams to ensure platform stability and rapid incident resolution.

You will investigate root causes, participate in on-call duties when required, and contribute to automation and process improvements in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Support, IT Operations, DevOps, or a similar technical role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes.
• Programming or scripting skills (e.g. Java, Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar).

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and respond to operational alerts.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change activities using established ITSM processes.
• Work closely with Development, DevOps, and SRE teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Support releases, maintenance activities, and production deployments.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify operational risks and implement preventative measures.
• Participate in on-call or out-of-hours support activities when required.
