Hyland is seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of Automate Core, powering the CIC ecosystem. You will drive the strategy for core services, enabling enterprise outcomes like scalable multi-tenant architecture and secure operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in complex environments.
• Proven track record delivering platform or core system capabilities.
• Deep empathy for platform users such as Business Analysts.
• Ability to operate independently and align with market expectations.

Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Roadmap: define vision and outcome-driven roadmap for Automate Core.
• Internal Customer Champion: serve internal engineering teams and platform consumers.
• Technical Collaboration: partner with PM/EM/DM and Architecture to set standards.
• Enterprise Outcomes: enable evergreen automation, data sovereignty, and secure ops.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: coordinate across EU/US time zones for CIC strategy.
