GetResponse is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform domain in Poland. You will bridge business needs and engineering, translating requirements into actionable initiatives.

You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and IT stakeholders to prioritize features, ensure platform health, and deliver scalable backend solutions across multiple product areas. We offer a hybrid model for the Tri-City area, remote options for other regions, and a broad benefits

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS product management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with backend teams and APIs.
• Strong prioritization and planning capabilities.
• Fluent Polish with proficient English.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Platform.
• Partner with engineering to define and deliver platform capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into clear initiatives and plans.
• Prioritize work based on customer value and platform health.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to align development with goals.
• Monitor performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform.
• Support delivery of high-quality backend solutions with QA.
