Job summary

Valeo is seeking a highly motivated Leader to drive the product expertise team in the advanced development product platform. This role ensures technical excellence, robustness, and market competitiveness of new product development within a global automotive technology context.

You will lead analyses of eAxle and eMotor systems, coordinate measurements and tests, and collaborate with engineers, architects and domain experts to deliver innovative mobility solutions while working with international

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of interdisciplinary engineering experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; willingness to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical analysis of electromechanical drive systems and sub-systems through diagnosis, teardown and expert assessment.
Define and manage activities to support technical conclusions, including measurements, tests and trials.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians; plan and execute activities with scope and resources.
Collaborate with project teams, product architects and domain experts to ensure robust designs.
Contribute to problem-solving and continuous product improvement processes.
