Job summary

Valeo seeks a Product Technical Leader for eAxle projects at our Czechowice-Dziedzice site. You will own the system integration of the eAxle, coordinating the e-Motor, inverter and reducer interfaces, and serving as the main technical liaison to premium car makers.

You will direct multi-disciplinary R&D teams spanning mechanical, hardware, software, thermal, and validation areas, ensuring robust system performance and smooth progression toward high‑volume production.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of eAxle architecture including e-Motor, inverter and reducer.
• Experience translating vehicle-level targets into system-level architectures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional R&D teams across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical synthesis of the complete eAxle system ensuring interaction of e-Motor, Inverter, and Reducer.
• Act as the primary technical interface to global premium car makers during RFQ and development phases.
• Direct cross-functional R&D work packages across mechanical, hardware, software, thermal, and validation teams.
• Collaborate with industrialization and manufacturing teams to optimize for high-volume production.
• Own design safety margins (DFMEA, RAISE) and ensure robustness against NVH and thermal stress.
• Manage system-level requirements, change tracking, and traceability in PLM and Codebeamer.
