Job summary
Valeo seeks a Product Technical Leader for eAxle projects in its Czechowice-Dziedzice R&D site. You will drive the design, integration, and validation of the full electric drive unit, combining motor, inverter, and gearbox elements to deliver robust propulsion systems.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, act as the primary technical interface to premium OEMs, and partner with industrialization to enable high-volume production while ensuring safety and functional integrity.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in automotive or related engineering fields.
- Engineering leadership experience in complex powertrain subsystems.
- Fluent English and ability to communicate across multinational stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full system integration of the eAxle propulsion unit.
- Serve as the OEM technical partner during RFQ and development phases.
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams across mechanical, hardware, software, thermal.
- Collaborate with manufacturing for high-volume production readiness.
- Ensure robustness with DFMEA and ISO 26262 considerations.
