Job summary

Valeo is seeking a highly motivated leader to drive the product expertise team in the advanced development platform. The role focuses on technical excellence, robustness, and market competitiveness of new product development.

The candidate will lead analyses of electromechanical drive systems, coordinate measurements and tests, and work with international teams to deliver innovative mobility solutions. Hybrid work is offered along with training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of interdisciplinary engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the technical analysis of electrical drive systems (eAxle, eMotor) and sub-systems via diagnosis and testing.
• Defines and manages activities to support conclusions, including measurements and trials.
• Leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians; plans and executes activities.
• Collaborates with project teams, product architects, standards owners, and domain experts.
• Participates in problem-solving and continuous product improvement processes.
• Develops methods, tools, and equipment to enhance analysis efficiency and accuracy.
