Job summary
HeadHR in Poland is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer (Platform Team) to modernize cloud infrastructure and build scalable engineering solutions for data-driven services. You will design and migrate Kubernetes manifests, maintain core platform components, and improve observability with VictoriaMetrics and Grafana, while collaborating across engineering teams to meet deployment standards.
Fluency in English and a strong background in IaC, GitOps, and CI/CD are required to excel in this
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering/DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, migrate, and modernize Kubernetes manifests aligning with centralized tooling and ArgoCD.
- Upgrade and maintain core platform components for stability and performance.
- Identify and address observability gaps using VictoriaMetrics and Grafana.
- Provide engineering support for platform maintenance and expansion.
- Resolve operational tickets and support internal teams.
- Deliver tested and validated pull requests meeting company standards.
- Maintain documentation for changes and resolved tickets.
- Ensure development rollouts meet schema and volume requirements.
