Job summary
Solid Company is recruiting a DevOps Engineer (Platform Team) in Poland to modernize cloud infrastructure and build a scalable platform for data-driven services. You will join a global tech provider shaping analytics and AI-powered solutions.
You will design and migrate Kubernetes manifests, upgrade core components, and boost observability. Strong Python and IaC skills, plus 5+ years in platform engineering, are required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Platform Engineering/DevOps or related cloud infrastructure roles.
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP in production environments.
- Strong Kubernetes expertise (large-scale clusters).
- Python coding skills and software engineering background.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD or GitOps approaches.
Responsibilities
- Design, migrate, and modernize Kubernetes manifests aligned with centralized tooling and ArgoCD architecture.
- Lead upgrades and maintenance of core platform components (cert-manager, external-dns, Kyverno, etc.).
- Improve observability with metrics/logs (Victoria metrics, Grafana) and proactive monitoring.
- Provide expert engineering support for ongoing upkeep and expansion of platform applications.
- Resolve engineering operational tickets and ensure timely support for internal teams.
