Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland (Wrocław) is seeking a Platform Architect to lead the architectural vision for a Microsoft Fabric-based One-Data Platform. You will align with stakeholders, guide engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure data platform delivery across geographies.

Responsibilities include defining reference architectures, governing data platforms, and driving DataOps, CI/CD, and cloud security while ensuring GDPR compliance and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data/platform/enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric with OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Synapse.
• Strong knowledge of Azure data services and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of the One-Data Platform on Microsoft Fabric.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Define ADRs, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Data Governance to meet GDPR.
• Translate business requirements into scalable roadmaps.
