Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously develop the entire production operation.

About Our Client

Our Client is an international metal processing company, which is currently establishing a production facility in the Szczecin area.

Job Description

• Management and continuous development of the entire production operation
• Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the facility in Poland (ensuring production efficiency, safety and product quality) and team numbering less than 50 employees
• Reporting to the the HQ located in Spain (communication in Spanish)
• Budget planning, forecasting, and cost control
• Stock & supply control
• Participating in internal and external audits
• Further development of the site within an international corporate group
• Capacity and resource planning

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of professional experience in production / operations / plant management (preferably in metal/metallurgical industry)
• Higher technical education
• Fluency in Polish & Spanish
• Knowledge of welding / painting and automated processes will be an additional asset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
• Hands‑on approach
