Job summary

Site Operations Manager

Location: Wrocław, Poland

Work model: On-site, 5 days a week, Mon-Fri

Salary: 20,000–22,000 PLN gross/month, with B2B also available

About the Company

We are recruiting for a fast-growing international company operating in the fashion, e-commerce and digital content sector.

The Wrocław site is a large, high-volume operation delivering visual content for multiple international clients across different production pipelines. The local operation currently includes approximately 200 people working across three shifts and is expected to grow by around 50% over the next 12 months as the company expands its production capacity.

The business is now looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager who will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, strengthen the management structure and drive productivity, quality and operational discipline.

The Role

This is a hands‑on leadership position with responsibility for the overall performance of the Wrocław operation.

The Site Operations Manager will manage the operation through approximately 8–10 Shift Leaders and Supervisors, with indirect responsibility for the wider workforce of around 200 people.

The role requires someone who can look at the operation from both a strategic and detailed perspective – building the right systems and KPIs while also being willing to step onto the floor, identify operational issues and make sure they are resolved.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience managing a large, high-volume operation
• Experience with indirect responsibility for a workforce of at least 100+ people
• Proven experience managing through Shift Leaders, Team Leaders or Supervisors
• Experience working in a multi-shift or 24/7 operational environment
• Strong understanding of productivity, throughput, capacity planning and operational KPIs
• Proven ability to improve existing processes and increase operational efficiency
• Strong people-management skills and the ability to build accountability across management teams
• Hands‑on leadership style with a strong problem‑solving approach
• Ability to manage both the wider operational picture and detailed day-to-day issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and changing organisation
• Very good English communication skills
