Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a plant-wide team responsible for the safe and reliable operation of hydraulic, electrical equipment used in blow-molded bottle production. You will manage preventative and routine maintenance to minimize downtime and lead improvements in maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include training, spare parts management, and driving capital projects to boost equipment availability and plant reliability, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a plant-wide Maintenance Manager.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline preferred.
• Injection molding or foaming experience preferred.
• PLC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanical and electrical personnel in safe, effective maintenance procedures.
• Manage a maintenance program with preventative and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Direct repairs or rebuilds of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safe, documented work.
• Oversee training and development of maintenance staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and develop corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper levels.
• Improve equipment availability and plant reliability through maintenance excellence.
• Drive improvements via training, capital projects, and planning/scheduling.
