Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a manufacturing maintenance function. The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of production equipment, coordinating with external providers, and driving preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with at least 5 years in maintenance within manufacturing and 3 years in a supervisory role, with strong English communication and knowledge of automation and lean

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Practical knowledge of industrial automation and pneumatic systems.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems, maintenance planning tools, and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality standards and requirements used in the manufacturing industry.
