Job summary

Plonsk, Poland is hosting Mondelez International's manufacturing maintenance leadership role. You will own line maintenance strategies, centerline settings and the PM system, guiding teams of technical and non-technical staff and external contractors to hit TPM targets and cost objectives.

You will develop technicians, lead PM/AM activities, and partner with Asset & Reliability for site-wide improvements and cost reductions across lines.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM and PM maintenance, including autonomous maintenance steps.
• Ability to coach line technicians in PM skills and TPM approaches.
• Experience aligning maintenance with SD/quality and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and daily management with the shift.
• Own technology, process and maintenance centerlines; manage PM systems and budgets.
• Develop, own and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; upskill technicians.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability to implement improvements and cost reductions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on PM and participate in regional/global technology forums.
