Job summary

Quest Global in Poland seeks a Facilities / Infrastructure Engineer to lead investment projects, maintain plant infrastructure, and coordinate external contractors on site.

You will ensure compliance with Polish law, prepare specifications, and update infrastructure documentation while supporting internal processes. Opportunity to work on aerospace & aviation projects in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in plumbing or electrical field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing investment projects.
• Experience in ongoing maintenance of building infrastructure.
• Knowledge of construction law.
• Minimum English language proficiency: B2.
• Ability to read technical specifications, documentation and drawings.
• Ability to independently solve technical problems.
• Timely and results-oriented.
• Ability to make effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within allocated investment budgets, focused on infrastructure.
• Provide maintenance support for plant infrastructure.
• Supervise external contractors performing commissioned work on site.
• Ensure compliance with Polish law and corporate requirements.
• Create specifications and requests for proposals.
• Update building and infrastructure documentation.
• Support internal administrative processes.
