Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical facility maintenance in industrial environments.
• SEP certifications: G1, G2, G3 (Operation & Supervision).
• Experience with MV/LV electrical systems, water/sewage and boiler plants.
• Knowledge of FDAS, Building Law, H&S regulations, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MV/LV electrical installations operation, maintenance, repair.
• Manage water/sewage, RO water treatment, and gas boiler plant operations.
• Supervise fire protection systems and FDAS, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers; inspect works.
• Monitor operating data and optimize utility consumption; budget support.
