Job summary

Adient is seeking an HR Manager to drive HR strategy at the Swiebodzin plant. You will lead core HR processes, manage the full employee lifecycle, and partner with the Plant Manager to resolve people-related challenges. This role requires experienced HR leadership in a manufacturing setting.

You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and collaborate with central HR to align practices, while delivering cost-effective HR initiatives for a sustainable plant operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the Automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR representative and ambassador at plant level, executing local HR strategy.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term HR action plans aligned with plant objectives.
• Lead core HR processes at plant level and manage full employee lifecycle.
• Partner with Plant Manager to address people-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Drive cost-effective HR and labor cost improvement initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
