Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is engaged for a German manufacturing group seeking a Financial Controller/Controlling Specialist. The role focuses on financial analysis, model development and performance reporting in a plant-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to optimize working capital and cost structures.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance & accounting, business administration or economics.
• Experience as Financial Controller/Controlling Specialist in a production company.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Cognos and Power BI.
• Lucanet knowledge a plus.
• Teamwork, strong communication and assertiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to provide insights for business decisions and future plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to interpret results and communicate findings.
• Prepare formal financial presentation materials for leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models for decision support (LCC, capex, make vs. buy).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis with IT tools.
