A global technology leader in Poland seeks a Corporate Functional Controller responsible for financial oversight, governance, and performance management of corporate functions. This role involves leading financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and acting as a trusted business partner supporting diverse teams across various countries. The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance or accounting, proven experience in accounting and finance, and professional certifications such as CMA or CA.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with detailed experience in CFIN implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a thorough, detail‑oriented approach.
• Hands-on experience in SAP CFIN, MS Office, and ABB reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including annual budgets, forecasts, and cost/variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting with adherence to accounting policies and compliance requirements.
• Act as a trusted business partner to functional leaders by translating financial insights into clear recommendations.
