Your profile
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) being highly preferred.
Possess a minimum of 8 years of finance experience in large‑scale manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a senior overseas financial management role.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EU/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local tax policies, and labor laws.
Have experience in greenfield project setup or building a finance function from inception.
Exhibit excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong learning agility and adaptability.
Be fluent in both English and Chinese (C2 level) as working languages.
Have hands‑on experience with SAP and be willing to relocate and work long‑term in the Wroclaw area of Poland.
