Job summary
PKC Group in Starachowice, Poland seeks a finance-focused controller to support Operations and Logistics across EMEA and South America. You will develop and control plant-level financial processes, monitor KPIs, and prepare management reports to drive regional performance.
The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in manufacturing Controlling, and fluency in English. Travel to multiple plants and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Finance are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Controlling experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Operations and Logistics/SCM across the EMEA & South America region.
- Develop, support and control plant-level operational finance processes.
- Monitor, analyse and report operational KPIs.
- Support preparation and evaluation of business cases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recurring as well as ad-hoc management reports.
- Provide on-site controlling support to manufacturing plants across the region.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance and plant teams to drive performance.
- Support special projects and assignments from senior management.
