Job summary

You will upload data to the PIM system, resolve gaps with stakeholders, and support business teams with data usage. This role offers flextime with remote and office options, and exposure to Fortune 500 clients on modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship.
• Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate;
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders;
• Support business teams with product data usage issues;
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines;
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status;
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
