Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a data stewardship professional to verify and manage product data across core systems, ensuring accuracy for launches. You will upload data into the PIM, resolve gaps with stakeholders, and support business teams with data usage issues.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with PIM tools like inRiver/Salsify/Akeneo, and excellent communication with both business and technical teams. Fluency in English is essential, with a flexible hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship.
• Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate.
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data usage issues.
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
