Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Data Specialist to validate and upload product data into the PIM system, resolve gaps with stakeholders, and support business teams with product data usage issues. You will communicate data requirements to ensure accuracy aligned with launch timelines.

You will also create, track, and report on product data and launch status, and reconfigure PIM templates in inRiver. The role requires 3+ years in data management, proficiency with Excel and PIM tools, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship.
• Experience with PIM tools such as inRiver, Salsify, Informatica, or Akeneo.
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate.
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data usage issues.
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines.
