Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a data management specialist to ensure product data accuracy across core systems and to support data-driven product launches. You will work with stakeholders to resolve gaps and maintain PIM syndication templates in inRiver.

Proficiency in Excel and experience with PIM tools are required, along with strong communication skills in English. Flexible, hybrid work options available in Poznań, Poland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate.
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data usage issues.
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
