AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a skilled Data Steward to ensure complete product data across core systems and to manage PIM data workflows.

The role includes uploading data, resolving gaps with stakeholders, and supporting business units with data usage for timely product launches. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in data management, experience with PIM tools such as inRiver, Salsify, Informatica or Akeneo, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication with both business and technical

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship.
• Experience with PIM tools (inRiver, Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate.
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data usage issues.
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
