Job summary

AgileEngine in Warsaw seeks a data management professional to ensure accuracy of product data across core systems and to drive data readiness for launches. You will upload data into the PIM system, resolve gaps with stakeholders, and support business teams with data usage issues.

You will clarify requirements, track data and launch status, and maintain syndication templates in inRiver. Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in data management and data governance.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle and data quality.
• Experience using PIM tools and data stewardship practices.
• Proficiency with Excel and data tooling for analysts.
• Experience with data syndication for retailers or marketplaces is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate.
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data usage issues.
• Clarify data requirements to stakeholders to meet launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
