Job summary

Transcarent is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Pharmacy Care to lead the strategy and roadmap for our pharmacy experience. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Solutions teams to translate member needs into scalable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, healthcare domain expertise, and the ability to drive data-informed decisions that balance member experience with clinical and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, or related field.
• 5–7 years of product management experience in pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare services.
• Proven end-to-end roadmap ownership from discovery through launch and measurement.
• Ability to translate member and client needs into structured product requirements and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for key features and integrations within our Pharmacy Care portfolio, balancing Member experience, clinical outcomes, and business impact.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Solutions teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ship high-quality product releases.
• Collaborate with integration partners (PBMs, Pharmacies, and other third parties) to deliver shared outcomes and differentiated Member experience
• Translate Member journey pain points (e.g., prescription transfers, benefit navigation) into clear product requirements and measurable success criteria
• Use qualitative and quantitative data: Member feedback, usage analytics, funnel and conversion metrics, to identify opportunities and validate product decisions
• Define and track key product metrics, reporting on performance and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with Solutions and Client Success teams to understand client and plan sponsor needs and incorporate them into the product roadmap
• Partner with Clinical teams to ensure product decisions reflect sound clinical judgment and improve health outcomes
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications; lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization with Engineering
• Stay current on the pharmacy and PBM landscape, including regulatory changes, competitive offerings, and emerging technology (including AI-enabled tools), to inform product direction
