Job summary

Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group in Richmond, BC is hiring a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Advisor. You will service clients, provide renewal terms and quotes, and update evaluators in a paperless environment.

We value licensed professionals with knowledge of Personal Lines, strong communication, and customer service skills. Eligible candidates hold a Level 2 General Insurance license or Level 1 with intent to upgrade; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Level 2 General Insurance Salesperson license or Level 1 with plan to upgrade to Level 2 within 18 months.
Minimum of 1 year of Personal Lines insurance office experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using company portals, Word and Excel.
Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Provide renewal terms and optional quotes when required.
Update evaluators when necessary.
Provide new quotes on all Personal Lines types of business.
Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios.
Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment).
Keep abeyances updated and current.
Accounts Receivable.
