Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Insurance Advisor, Personal Insurance, to advise clients on protecting their assets with personal insurance products. You will build client relationships, provide tailored coverage solutions, and work toward performance targets in a branch setting.

Requirements include a Level 2 General Insurance License and 1–2 years of customer service experience; prior insurance experience is a plus. EPIC system familiarity is beneficial for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Level 2 General Insurance License is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Previous insurance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise new and existing clients on personal insurance protections.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and offer solutions from a diverse product range.
• Cross-sell and upsell HUB products while meeting performance targets.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payments.
• Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and coverage offerings.
