Insurance Brokers Association of BC in Aldergrove, BC is seeking a motivated Insurance Advisor – Level 1 or 2 to join our team. This full-time role focuses on assisting clients with auto, home and personal lines, providing quotes, and delivering personalized insurance solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Level 1/2 General Insurance licence and strong customer service skills, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance Licence required.
• Experience with Autoplan (ICBC), Personal Lines, Commercial is an asset.
• Exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client-service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal insurance needs including auto and home.
• Provide accurate quotes and clearly explain coverage and options.
• Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other transactions.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships through timely, professional service.
• Respond to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries courteously.
