HUB International is seeking a client-focused Insurance Advisor to support our Community Branch Network in BC. You will provide ICBC and private auto coverage at the office and dealerships, assist customers at the counter, and help manage budgets and production targets.

Qualifications

• Level 1 General Insurance License required.
• 6+ months auto insurance experience.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Sales-driven with initiative.
• Must own a vehicle for travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursed).
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICBC and private auto coverage at office and dealerships.
• Assist at the counter, answer phones, and complete tasks as assigned.
• Set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production.
• Maintain connection with HUB International and understand the mission and goals.
• Interpret insurer rules and regulations and BC Insurance Council requirements.
• Handle customer complaints appropriately.
• Ensure control of ICBC inventory and proper documentation and funds handling.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.
