Job summary

Insightland is expanding its paid media offering and seeks a data-driven specialist who can translate performance data into clear decisions. You will own planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for diverse clients.

You’ll collaborate across SEO, GEO, and analytics teams to drive cross-channel results and scale our paid media service. You’ll work onsite in Wrocław with a focus on outcomes, client communication, and long-term partnerships, leveraging GA Analytics

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience running Google/Meta Ads campaigns across multiple formats.
Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
Proven ability to talk to clients at the recommendation/decision level and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Build paid media strategies tailored to each client’s business model.
Analyze performance and translate data into concrete recommendations.
Report results and discuss outcomes, priorities, and direction with clients.
Collaborate with SEO, GEO, and Web Analytics teams on cross-channel initiatives.
Co-create and develop our growing paid media service offering.
