Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Viktor in Warsaw is hiring a hands-on Brand/Visual Designer focused on performance ads and marketing design. You will own production-layer creative across ads, social, decks, and events, staying inside the brand system while iterating quickly with AI tools.
You'll work with Figma and Adobe CC, shaping visuals for campaigns and product marketing, ensuring assets ship daily and align with Viktors fast-growth branding.
Viktor is the AI teammate. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does real work for real companies: finance, marketing, ops, engineering. We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack.
The team is small. The scope is not.
Not a UI/UX role. Not a brand-strategy role. Performance and marketing design, hands-on, production-layer, every day, with 80-90% of your time focused on creating high-velocity performance ads. We have product designers for the app and growth designers for the marketing site; we're hiring you because they can't also run ads, social, decks, illustration, and events. If you wait for the perfect brief before opening Figma, this isn't the role. Output is daily, not weekly.
We just rolled out a new brand. The system exists; now it has to land everywhere a customer or candidate touches us: the LinkedIn ad, the Product Hunt graphic, the booth signage, the swag at the launch party, the illustration on the next blog post. Run the production layer of the brand. Keep the system tight, extend it when needed, move fast.
By month one, the brand has shown up in something visible (a campaign, a deck, an ad set, an event) with your name on it. By month three, every new deck is built from your templates, every event looks like Viktor, our ads beat the ones we benchmark against, and the rollout is done across decks, ads, social, and content. When someone asks "is this on-brand?" they ask you, not the brand book. This role doesn\'t work without daily AI use.
Ship one campaign asset or one ad set to production. Pick up the brand book and the Figma library, and start shipping.
Figma, Adobe CC, plus the AI tooling you already live in.
Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.
We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.
We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.
This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.
That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.
Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.
The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
