Reality Games in Kraków is seeking a hands-on Performance Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production of performance ads for Monopoly World. You will source creators, coordinate designers, brief clearly, and deliver high-quality assets for UA testing in a fast, production-focused environment.

This is a pure production role—speed and quality-driven. You will work on-site with the UA team, deliver assets in Meta, TikTok, Google, and Webshop formats, and help build a creator network while

Qualifications

• Experience producing performance marketing ads (gaming, mobile, UGC, or e-commerce).
• Strong ability to work quickly with global creators.
• Excellent creative judgment and understanding of what makes ads convert.
• Clear communicator with precise calls and briefs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under time pressure.
• Very good English (spoken and written).
• Bonus: UA experience, video editing, TikTok Ads, or Meta Ads.

About the Role:

• Location: Kraków — On-site (office only)
• Contract: Full-time

We’re looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Performance Creative Producer who will manage the end-to-end production of performance ads for Monopoly World. This includes sourcing creators, purchasing ads, coordinating designers, giving feedback, and delivering high-quality assets for UA testing. This is a pure production role — operational, quick, and quality-driven. You must be someone who thrives on speed and can get great ads produced within 24 648 hours.
