Reality Games in Kraków is seeking a hands-on Performance Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production of performance ads for our mobile games. You will source creators, purchase ads, coordinate designers, give feedback, and deliver high-quality assets for UA testing, with a 24–48 hour turnaround.

Qualifications

• Experience producing performance marketing ads (gaming, mobile, UGC, or e-commerce).
• Ability to source and coordinate global creators and production partners.
• Excellent briefing and feedback skills to drive fast, high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Source UGC creators, editors, animators, and designers worldwide.
• Negotiate pricing and deadlines for ad production.
• Lead fast and effective calls with creators and production partners.
• Give clear briefs and sharp, actionable feedback.
• Evaluate creative quality andPerformance metrics to understand what performs and why.
• Coordinate designers, animators, video editors, and copywriters.
• Manage deadlines, priorities, and delivery pipelines.
• Work closely with UA on creative testing.
• Maintain processes, templates, and structure for creative production.
• Deliver assets in all required formats (Meta, TikTok, Google, Webshop).
• Track trends in mobile gaming creatives and generate new ideas.
