Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial experience in the industry.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro; Blender/Cinema 4D/3ds Max is a strong advantage.
• Portfolio with motion design projects; gaming or mobile apps is a plus.
• Proven ability to create and optimize dynamic video ads, VFX, and 3D animations for campaigns.
• Strong collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.

Work arrangement:

This is a full-time, on-site position. Work from our one-of-a-kind office located in a beautifully restored historic railway station in the heart of Kraków's old town. Work Monday through Friday, on-site in the historical railway station building in Kraków.

• Design cinematic-quality visuals, including animated cityscapes, maps, and character movements.

• Experience: A self-reliant, experienced specialist with strong skills in executing briefs and effectively communicating work progress to stakeholders. 3-5 years of commercial experience in the industry.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience with tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max is a strong advantage.
• Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing high-quality motion design projects. Gaming or mobile app-related work is a plus.
