Job summary

Huuuge Games Sp. z o.o. in Warszawa is seeking a talented 2D Motion Designer to join the Creative Marketing team to create animated ads for mobile games and support live action productions.

The role focuses on performance marketing, storyboard development, and asset adaptation, with a must-have backdrop in After Effects, Photoshop, and related plugins. Hybrid work is available within Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and 2D motion design principles.
• Experience with After Effects plug-ins (Trapcode, 3D Element, Saber).
• Creativity, unconventional thinking, and openness to new challenges and animation techniques.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop.
• Good communication skills and the ability to take and give feedback constructively.
• A proactive and iterative mindset — you test, learn, and improve fast.

Responsibilities

• Animate performance marketing video ads for mobile games, especially in the social casino genre.
• Create scenarios, storyboards, and animations for a given project.
• Prepare in-house Live Action productions, including performing and editing.
• Create and adapt motion assets based on creative briefs and top-performing references.
• Cooperate with the whole marketing department in the implementation of the created advertisements.
• Track the latest trends in advertising on the mobile games market.
• Incorporate marketing metrics and learnings to improve the performance of creatives.
• Build effective communication and escalation processes for inbound stakeholders such as product and marketing teams.
