Job summary

DAZN is seeking a Business Analyst within the People Systems team to translate business requirements into clear solutions that improve the employee experience and support the People team, our employees and leaders globally.

You will collaborate with People, Technology and external partners to simplify processes, deliver improvements through the lifecycle, and contribute to the People Systems roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR/People operations or transformation environments.
• Hands-on experience with People systems and how they support processes.
• Experience gathering and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience supporting system changes or transformations with vendors/partners.
• Highly organized, analytical and collaborative with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Desirable: experience with integrations, data flows, APIs or similar and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the People team to understand needs and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Review current People processes to simplify, improve efficiency and reduce manual activity.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and practical solutions.
• Develop process maps, user stories, workflows and documentation for changes.
• Collaborate with People Systems Analysts and Technology teams to deliver improvements.
• Support resolution of system and process issues by aligning with business needs.
• Support People system improvements from discovery through post-implementation review.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of People processes and requirements.
• Work with external vendors/partners to deliver People-related improvements.
• Support governance and quality of People data and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve self-service, reporting and automation.
• Contribute to the People Systems roadmap with the Head of People Systems.
