Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Experience in requirements engineering for commercial or customer-facing IT products.
• Ability to translate business strategy into product development initiatives.
• Knowledge of BA methods and Design Thinking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, ownership mindset, and ability to challenge existing solutions.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Fluent Polish and English (B2/C1).
• Hybrid work model with 2 in-office days in Gdańsk.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT initiatives and products.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend actionable improvements.
• Translate business needs into product features aligned with strategic objectives.
• Prepare and maintain analytical documentation, including specs and user stories.
