Job summary

QVC Group in Kraków is seeking a People Systems Analyst to deliver Tier 2 support for HR systems, ensuring reliable processes, accurate data and a positive user experience.

You will collaborate with HR Services, People Tech, and end users to test, document, and improve systems and workflows. The role requires 1-2 years' experience and English at C1+, in a hybrid setup with on-site work at Wielicka 30.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience supporting HR systems, testing, documentation, or ticket resolution.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to different audiences.
• A proactive learning mindset, strong ownership, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Confidence working with changing priorities and complex issues.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• A bachelor’s degree and experience in a global HR Shared Services environment

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for HR systems, investigating and resolving cases within agreed service levels.
• Identify root causes, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical partners.
• Complete routine system maintenance and support system testing for releases, fixes, and changes.
• Create and maintain clear support documentation and knowledge materials.
• Work with People Tech teams to support reliable processes and data accuracy.
• Provide guidance and training to help teams use HR systems effectively
