• 1-2 years of experience supporting HR systems, testing, documentation, or ticket resolution.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for HR systems, investigating and resolving cases.
• Identify root causes and improve systems and processes.
• Create and maintain clear support documentation.
