We Are Currently Looking For

People Systems Analyst

Join our growing HR Services organization supporting employees and managers across multiple countries and business functions.

As People Systems Analyst, you will provide Tier 2 support across our HR systems, helping resolve technical issues and ensuring reliable processes, accurate data, and a positive user experience.

You will work closely with HR Services, People Tech team, and end users to support system testing, maintain clear documentation, and identify opportunities to improve our systems and ways of working.

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role and requires you to be on-site at our office at Wielicka 30, Kraków, 3 to 5 times per month.

On-site days are predetermined and standardized across the company.

What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 2 support for HR systems, investigating and resolving cases within agreed service levels
• Identify root causes, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve systems and processes
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical partners
• Complete routine system maintenance and support system testing for releases, fixes, and changes
• Create and maintain clear support documentation and knowledge materials
• Work with People Tech teams to support reliable processes and data accuracy
• Provide guidance and training to help teams use HR systems effectively

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of experience supporting HR systems, testing, documentation, or ticket resolution
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to different audiences
• A proactive learning mindset, strong ownership, and a focus on continuous improvement
• Confidence working with changing priorities and complex issues
• English proficiency at C1 level or above
• A bachelor's degree and experience in a global HR Shared Services environment
